Have School children become more violent

I came across this video and my alarm bells went going off,

I am shocked.

School children over the years have become more fierce and stubborn. It is almost like violence is second nature them.

Despite what they are fighting for but the last frame, did the boy really have to throw the pupil in front of the bus. Was that action the right action for him to have done in that moment, did he think of the consequences of such actions.

Is violence a thread brought up from home.

Does one learn how to be violent from the streets
